Refund & Return Policy

At Polarvix, we take immense pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our professional kitchen tools. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to ensure a sophisticated and seamless resolution.

1. 30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original premium packaging.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our concierge team at service@polarvix.com.

  • Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

  • If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

  • Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right through a priority replacement or full refund.

4. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain types of items cannot be returned once used, such as personal culinary tools that have come into contact with food, unless they are defective. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
